Exploded Process

In this display of my artwork, I wanted to show part of the production of the work. I did this by having the empty bag of plaster I had used to make these objects with on the floor with an object precariously balanced on one edge. The objects exploded out from the bag with cracked bits of plaster from my gloves and home made piping tool bits scattered around. This mimicked how after every object you pipe you have to crack the plaster from the piping tools to be able to make another, covering your work space in bits of plaster.

I questioned whether I needed nozzles when piping plaster, as in one of the simpler designs it was interesting to see how it piled up. I looked at Neal Rock due to his painterly sculpture made from silicon.
